Senior Manager – Product Management

You are a smart, data-driven decision-maker who excels at hiring and developing a high-performing team. As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will work closely with and lead Senior Leaders, Product Managers, Designers, Dev & Test to deliver connected car products. You will also partner with adjacent consumer IoT product leaders, such as pet trackers and kids' watches to delight customers.

What you’ll do in your role.

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the connected car space and build consensus on priorities across the company
  • Manage and grow a team of Technical Product and Program Managers, while also expanding existing product workstreams
  • Influence investment choices that will provide long-term innovation in the space
  • Communicate product strategy and status to key stakeholders across T-Mobile
  • Partner and influence senior leadership across the organization to contribute to strategic agenda
  • Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, and ensure org is effective, healthy, and set up for success by establishing clear and measurable goals
  • Maintain a strong culture of data-informed product development. Consistently integrate data and customer feedback into product decisions
  • Partner with Recruiting to drive key hiring, which includes the ability to identify and close top talent
  • Position may require travel

The experience you’ll bring.

  • 8+ years of Product Experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience. MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical product managers and technical program managers
  • Experience owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision
  • Experience working in a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation to solve user needs within the domain
  • Experience in building an outstanding customer journey and associated CX
  • Experience as a leader who can attract a team of PMs and engineers for their organization
  • Passion and knowledge of automotive and telematics is a plus
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Pre-employment background screen
