ECRM Executive

The purpose of this role is to pursue new opportunities and improve retention rates and lifetime customer value by planning, managing and delivery of data driven email marketing campaigns. The role will support the eCRM team in all email functions including acquisition, retention, loyalty and other customer focused campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Briefing, managing and delivering on BAU campaigns
  • Drive customer engagement metrics including Open Rates and CTR to deliver higher Sessions and Revenue
  • Liaison with a cross functional team to ensure accurate delivery of all campaign and promotional messages
  • Provide clear communication and instruction to internal contacts on the processes and procedures related to email activities ensuring accurate and timely implementation
  • Act as the main point of contact for category, customer services and field based teams ensuring that all are clearly briefed on email marketing activity
  • Build relationships with other marketing, commercial and operational functions to ensure accuracy in the set up and monitoring of digital promotions and campaigns
  • Grow our emailable database to drive future customer acquisition
  • Report on the results of email campaigns, producing reports on performance of key metrics and making recommendations for improvement
