Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Agency-wide Personnel Administration and Org Management Administration
    • Receive and process all personnel actions and appointments in HRMS and applicable internal systems
    • Maintain SAO personnel data
  • Reports and Data Tracking
    • Create monthly reports using HRMS and applicable internal systems
    • Maintain agency-wide org-charts
  • Safety
    • Track and report safety incidents
    • Prepare necessary reports
  • HR Generalist Support
  • Senior HRC Support
  • Position Descriptions
    • Track and maintain hard and electronic copies
  • HR Records Retention and Maintenance
    • Oversee retention and destruction of personnel, recruitment and other HR records
  • Training
    • Provide training instruction on new hire processes, onboarding, etc. to various audiences

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree with focus on business, human resources, social or organizational behavioral sciences, or related field AND two years of professional human resource experience. Year for year of experience can serve as a substitute for a 4-year college degree. 1 year of HRMS experience with a high level of proficiency in HRMS HR payroll data entry and Org Management required.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
HR Certification – PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP
