The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Social Services is seeking a qualified Employment/Services Supervisor!
The Employment/Services Supervisor plans, organizes, directs and supervises the work of Social Services staff engaged in determining the need for public assistance and employment services, or authorizing program benefits in accordance with established policies and procedures or other specialized activities. May act as a liaison with other agencies and does other related work as assigned.
The Employment Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff overseeing multiple programs, such as Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKS, Welfare-to-Work, and General Assistance.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications 
A combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An example of qualifying education and experience includes: 

Either A: Six months experience as an Employment Resource Specialist IV in San Luis Obispo County;

Or B: Two years as an Employment Resource Specialist III;

Or C: Three years experience comparable to Employment Resource Specialist II.
