SafeSearch helps filter out explicit content results for all your queries across images, videos, and websites. To get the most relevant results for your search learn how to turn off the SafeSearch mode.

SafeSearch is a toggleable option found in the settings of your iPhone. When enabled, SafeSearch removes content containing graphic or explicit images, profanity, and content from websites flagged from the search results. It does this by comparing the search results with example content.

SafeSearch is used for the most part to block the explicit content and to turn off the explicit auto-suggestion that displays while searching for something.
