Mortgage Medics do not charge a fee for residential mortgage advice, however Mortgage Medics charge an administration fee for processing each of your mortgage contracts. Mortgage Medics fees only become payable if/when you decide to go ahead with an application.

Mortgages to purchase a property
For processing a mortgage to purchase a property the typical fee is £499 – up to a maximum of £999, payable on application.

Remortgages
For processing a remortgage the typical fee is £299 – up to a maximum of £999, payable on application.

Offshore and commercial mortgages
For offshore and commercial mortgages the typical fee is £599 – up to a maximum of £1,499, payable on application.

Adverse Credit
For applications where there is a history of adverse credit the typical fee is £749 – up to a maximum of £1,499, payable on application.
